The eleven-storey building was erected in 1978, the renovation works were in 2000. Airconditioning, parking lot (free of charge), Wifi Internet access, Internet corner, Business centre (with printer, fax, photocopy, 24-hour ATM), fitness room, sauna, solarium, steam bath, massage and gift shop are at guests’ disposal. Breakfast is served in the Park Restaurant, which can also serve as the scene of various events. The Lobby Bar - where snack food, drinks and cocktails are offered - is open 24 hours a day. Pets are not allowed.
