In this area we can find museums and several other attractions and sights, a shopping centre, banks, government and embassy buildings. Bus station, train station and the marine harbour can be reached easily within a few minutes by walking.

The 19th century building of the four-storey, cosy Hotel Monte Kristo *** has gained its new design in 2006. Wifi Internet connection is at guests’s disposal, elevator is not available. The Drinkbar is located in the cellar of the hotel and this provides a special atmosphere. The hotel does not offer private parking, parking is possible in public parking places. Hotelguests get free entry to the Roxy Night Club (located in the Old Town). Pets are not allowed.

The airconditioned Standard rooms have a private bathroom (shower or bathtub, hairdryer), cable televison, telephone, wireless Internet connection, radio, safe, minibar and tea/coffee making possibilities.
